Refund Policy

Effective June 3, 2026

SmartestDesk sells digital study systems that deliver immediate access to proprietary materials. Because the entire value of the product transfers the moment it is opened, our refund policy is strict, and it is stated here in full before you buy — not discovered after.

The policy

No refunds are issued once an access code has been activated, the materials have been viewed, or any portion has been downloaded. Activation is the point of delivery for a digital product, and delivery is final.

Before activation

If you purchased and have not activated your access code, contact the support address on your purchase receipt. Unactivated purchases are reviewed in good faith, and genuine mistakes — such as an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product — are made right.

Duplicate purchases

If you are charged twice for the same product in error, we will refund the duplicate charge once confirmed against our records. Include the email address used at checkout and your receipt numbers when you write.

Choosing the right product

Every product page states the exam it serves, what each tier includes, the price, the access window, and the two-device limit before checkout. Please read the tier descriptions carefully — "I bought the wrong tier and already opened it" falls under the activation rule above. If you are unsure which tier fits your situation, ask before you buy.

Chargebacks

Disputing a legitimate charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first is treated as a violation of our Terms of Service and results in permanent revocation of access across the SmartestDesk family. We answer honest questions quickly — start with us.

Where this policy lives

This policy applies to purchases made through the SmartestDesk hub. Individual brand sites in the SmartestDesk family state the same activation rule on their own pages; where a specific product page states an express written guarantee, the terms printed on that product page govern that product.
